Shikakai powder is made from the dried pods of the Acacia concinna plant, traditionally used in India as a natural hair cleanser and ayurvedic conditioner. Known as “fruit for the hair,” it gently cleanses the scalp without stripping natural oils. Shikakai is rich in saponins, vitamins A, C, D, E, and K, which help strengthen hair and promote a healthy scalp.
